We designed a self-care, gratitude journal to feel more motivated for our daily routines. It is an important step to change something in ourselves and to feel more motivated. We got our inspiration for this series from the flowers in our house because they are our responsibility and we had to give the same care to myself.

Nice idea but I think improvements could be made to the layout so it makes more sense when using (the right hand page about skincare routines with tick boxes saying new product / allergy / PMS doesn’t really make sense). Also a couple of spelling and grammar errors.
