I bought this journal as a present for a friend and she absolutely loved it! It is exactly like in the pictures and the quality is really good. It arrived in a very cute packaging, and the shop owner wrote a note on my behalf in beautiful handwriting. Customer service is top-notch, we had an issue with the parcel being lost and the shop owner immediately sent out a new one. Would definitely recommend this product and the shop!
