Return Policy
If you purchase an item from Fin Studio and are unhappy with it for any reason within the first 14 days, you may return your item for a refund. Items must be returned in salable condition. Non-saleable items cannot be returned.
📌 The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including all original packaging.
📌 Any returns or exchanges that are returned outside of our return period, damaged, worn, or unaccompanied by the original proof of purchase will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
📌 We don’t accept returns on personalised items, as they’re made just for you and can’t be resold.

📌 For UK orders, notify us by email, hello@studiofin.co.uk, within 14 days of your purchase, if you wish to return your item for a refund or exchange. After receiving approval from us, we’ll send you a shipping label.
✈️ International Returns
📌 If you’re returning a product from outside the UK, the shipping costs will need to be covered by the buyer. Unfortunately, since we’re based in the UK, we don’t have access to postal services or shipping companies in other countries.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified by email if your refund request has been approved.
Approved returns will be refunded by the original method of payment within 3 working days. Once processed, debit card/credit card refunds can take up to 5 working days to appear in your account.
