Scrikss calligraphy pens are under a "Lifetime" warranty against any mechanical malfunction, regardless of the purchase date. Items that are no longer produced and cannot be repaired are replaced with other equivalent Scrikss pens. However, pencils, erasers, ballpoint refills, ink cartridges, etc. items damaged as a result of normal use are out of the scope of this warranty.
